Description：

Planetary surface materials lab is a professional lab for synthesis and treatment of sample.
There are many small and middle sized equipments at this lab for synthesis of artificial mineral. 
We can perform solution reactions at normal temperature and pressure by water purifier, electronic 
balance, fume hood and so on; we can perform hydro-thermal reactions at high temperature and 
pressure by high-pressure reaction kettle, thermostated container and so on; we can also perform 
sinter-roasting reactions by muffle furnace, atmosphere furnace and so on. Artificial minerals 
synthesized by methods above can be used to have subsequent spectroscopy, remote sensing
data comparison, stability research.
There are microtome and grinding miller for rock at this lab. We can make microtome section of 
rock and meteorite for petrography observation, SEM, raman mapping and so on.
Also, there are fridge and thermostated container and so on at this lab. We can use many kinds 
of saturated brine solutions as humidity buffer to perform temperature-humidity stable field research.
